OUR WORKFLOW
Our workflow at First World consists of THREE main areas -
Pre - Press
Pre-press involves the manufacture of a printing plate, image carrier, ready for mounting on a printing press, as well as the adjustment of images, photographs and texts or the creation of a high-quality print file.
We do Fully imposed flats with color bars, registration marks and cut marks are sent directly to the CTP machine. No manual stripping is involved which implies faster and easier registration on press.
Press
First World's state-of-the-art technologies offers a complete range of production services in both offset and digital environments.

Post - Press
Our Post Printing machinery takes care of entire set of activities that one has to undertake once job is printed.
We are equipped with fully & semi automatic die-cutting and online stripping for faster conversion rate. Embossing, foiling and lamination capabilities are also available. Our lines of fully automatic folder gluer machines transform the blanks into finished products.
Corrugation
We are equipped with automatic corrugation department with the capacity to work with B, E & F flutes. With a set up of fully and semi automatic laminator for 3, 5 & 7 Ply jobs we have the capacity to cater to a diverse range of products.
